Music Week Poland returns to Warsaw on 6–10 May 2026, bringing together artists, industry professionals, and media from across Poland, Europe, and beyond. Designed as a dynamic showcase festival, the event is built on three core pillars: live music, conference sessions, and education.
And now, we’re calling on all artists to sign up! To be considered, artists must provide:
- a short bio
- links to music (Spotify, Tidal, YouTube, SoundCloud, etc.)
- two high-resolution press photos (300 dpi)
- a technical rider
- and, if applicable, social media and website links
Artists will be selected based on artistic quality, originality, and suitability for the festival. The application is free of charge, and the deadline for submissions is 10 December 2025.
All applicants will be notified of the selection results by 30 January 2026, regardless of the outcome.

The first edition of Music Week Poland took place in June 2025 in Warsaw, in the wonderful, newly established Polish History Museum, as well as in a selection of the capital’s iconic clubs. The event’s goal was to bring together artists, industry professionals, and media from across Europe.
Music Week Poland featured over 60 showcase performances from exciting emerging – and in some cases established – acts, alongside an industry conference structured around key themes such as business, technology, social impact, and legal affairs. These were divided into several tracks: Education and Professionalisation of the Sector, Interdisciplinarity, Live Music, Music Tech, Equity, Music and Politics/Social Issues/Economy, and Global Music Business.
„The conclusion after four diverse, exhilarating evenings: Music Week Poland is an acoustic mirror of Warsaw – just as mysterious and full of contrast as the city itself. For now, it remains a hidden gem. With their language and boldness to embrace the unconventional, the many young bands create entirely new sonic textures,” wrote Louisa Zimmer in her review for the German newspaper Taz. We couldn’t agree more. But mind you – this hidden gem won’t stay hidden for long. Our mission is to educate, unite, and have fun.
